Rachael Sage is a soulful vocalist and innovative multi-instrumentalist who has earned a loyal following with her dynamic piano playing, delicate guitar work, expressive vocals and improvisational audience interaction. Joy!, Rachael’s first holiday EP, is a playful folk-pop collection featuring a cover of the classic “Joy To The World” – an uptempo re-vamp with a tinge of Americana twang. Sage Joins Line-Up for HartFolk Festival with Poor Old Shine and More
Four-time Independent Music Award Winner Rachael Sage performs at the HartFolk Festval at the University of St. Joseph in West Hartford, CT on Saturday, May 31 at 7:30 PM. Sage makes this stop along her EP release tour celebrating "New Destination", available worldwide on May 6. Sage will bring her unique brand of infectious melodies and poetic lyrics to the stage via her innovative keyboard playing and delicate guitar work.
Produced by Sage and Barb Morrison (Deborah Harry, Rufus Wainwright), "New Destination" features four brand new chamber-pop gems, and showcases her touring band The Sequins.
